What is Design & Build?

How does it work?
Site Investigation & Assessment
If required, we undertake a detailed site investigation to understand the cause of instability and identify any factors that may affect the design or construction phase. E.g. ground conditions and site constraints.
Engineering Design
In combination with our clients’ requirements, our in‑house engineering team then develops a compliant design, identifying the most sustainable and cost‑effective solution, along with the appropriate plant, materials, and construction methodology to deliver the works safely and efficiently.
Construction & Installation
We deliver the works in accordance with the design, maintaining flexibility on site to safely manage any unexpected conditions encountered during construction.
Maintenance & Future Planning
Where required, we develop a maintenance and inspection regime to future‑proof the works and support long‑term safety and performance.
Using a combination of experienced site engineers, hands‑on inspections, laser surveys, and advanced modelling software, we deliver fully compliant design solutions across a wide range of environments and sectors that we operate in.
